AN INTRODUCTION TO ETCHING

We will cover line drawing on hard ground, fine and coarse aquatint, and soft ground techniques.

You will learn to prepare the metal plate, use stop-out, bite the plate in acid, select the paper, and pull a print using an intaglio press.
